The bridge pickup isn't even a real Tele pickup to start with since it lacks a baseplate, any proper Tele pickup will sound better.
The neck is ok.
09-42 for modern style Fender teles
010-46 for vintage style Fender teles
NEW strings (change them after 10-12 hours of playing) are the BEST strings for the classic tele (and any other DECENT ) guitar sound.

like I said all pedals when ON are buffers and their output impedance is lower than their input .
If your compressor is on at ALL times it is already a buffer (any pedal when on is a buffer).
