Jack I'm working on a double f-hole thinline with ColorTone orange. I was wondering if you used alcohol or water for the stain and what ratio you used. My top will be fiddleback maple and I'm going for the same vibrant orange, a la Gretsch. Thanks in advance for any help or advice!

Hi Jack, I hope all is well and thank you for the wonderful advice you’ve contributed through the years. I’m not sure if you’re still active, but I wanted to ask about a method you posted in 2009 about drilling string through holes using a drill press template. Unfortunately, the pictures were lost to time, and I wonder if you would be able to share this method again? Thanks!

Jack, I know it was from an old post, but would you consider making an armrest for a traveler guitar pro series like the one you posted on the forum? I would be okay adding the thread insert into the body of the guitar if you could send dimensions of the holes.
