Need help identifying a song...

Hey Everyone,

Several years ago, I was playing on a praise team in Ohio and we covered a song that (I believe) was titled "By Your Grace." It's an up-tempo song... Guitars are in drop-D... Male vocalist... I never knew who the original artists was and no one else who was on the team with me when we did it can even remember it/lol.
