Fellas--Just wanted to invite any of you or anyone who will be in the city to the opening of "Jam for the Lamb" coffeehouse ! Kind of an eclectic Christian ministry opening on July 25th of this year at 69-23 Cypress Hill St.
Ridgewood (Borough of Queens).New York City
This is Spanky's coffeehouse ministry---at the Salvation Army in Ridgewood, Queens. Our First night is an open mic night as we are trying to get an idea of who might be in a "house band" regularly !
We hope to use The Lamb as a venue for Christian brothers and sisters to broaden their ministry, try new material, showcase God given talents, and give them an opportunity to be used at churches and in ministry beyond their "home churches" if that's God's will for them. Please contact me if you would like to sit in on guitar(or other instruments) with Spanky or other Christian musicians and artists that night or if you want your own "open mic" spot for the night-----Paul and Lance (moderators)--Please note this is NOT a profit making place---it is sponsored by the church I pastor in Queens and is a ministry of the Greater New York Salvation Army. Strictly Ministry !
guys you may either answer on the board or drop an email---do it soon though so I can put you on the "open mic" list-----man it would be sooooooo good to meet you in person and jam with you !!!!!!!!
If you live in the city or out on Long Island please come--we'll make it part TDPRI Jam night too-- or if you are visiting at that time bring a "spiritual" old or new song to jam to ! I'll give ya a good cuppa joe and a "thank you" and let ya tear the place up !(Air Conditioned----game room and Bowling Alley in basement --also snacks for ya------Open to the public

That is so cool, Rev! 8) I dig it when a brother comes up with a cutting edge idea! I'm on the opposite coast but if I ever head east, I'll stop by to say hello.

Were all in agreement with you, that you and those with you, are able to use this as a big time push into the harvest feilds! The vine is Ripe! Put your backs into, and thrust that sicle in! It's Harvest Time!
