[QUOTE=tjalla;4264756]Finally got round to setting up my tube-buffered stereo board, with optional direct-to-desk.

SIB Fatdrive -> Durham Sex Drive (underneath) -> EB Jr (tuner out to Polytune) -> Fish Factory -> Red Snapper -> TIM -> Stereo Univibe -> DD20 -> Cathedral -> pair of Palmer PDI-09 (through jack's used to send L-R signal straight to the stereo power amp return if my Trace Elliot Velocette. Eminence Reignmaker 2x12 (built-in attenuator).

That *should* be me sorted for a while.

That's a fancy setup right there. Very nice gear on that board.

Here's my board for now. Yet another pedal has broke. I love the sound of those old MIJ Boss pedals, but the components do go bad. I need to get another OD pedal soon, it's hard only using one. Here's my board as of now-

Boss TU-3, Dunlop GCB-95, Keeley SD-1, Boss DD-3, MXR Carbon Copy

The footswitch is for my Fender 6G13 reverb unit clone. I only use the reverb with my 66 Fender Bassman. For church I'm using a 66 Fender Super Reverb.

My Boss board gets to work this weekend at our annual 4th of July Freedom Celebration.

OD-3 Overdrive (modded), HM-2 Heavy Metal (modded), CE-5 Chorus, TU-3 Tuner, Dunlop High Gain volume pedal, DD-7 Delay. It's all juiced from an Arion 9V, 1.2 amp regulated power supply.

Oh, and an easy button.

Updated the board today to make room for the "new" DD-5 I just got. Right now it's just set for volume swells with the Ernie ball pedal, not sure if that's what will stay but it's pretty clear that the flashback will stay to "dotted eighth" pedal.

Mine's not really a "pedalboard" but a footswitch hooked to my modeling amp.

Mostly I just step on the button labeled "U2."

Here's a shot of my current rig (guitar excluded). Possibly going to rack the whole thing and control it via GCX.

I have a Korg Pitchblack coming off the tuner out of the volume pedal.

Exchange a FAB chorus for the Dano Cool Cat Vibe on the left end. I think this is it. Watch this space for further developments.

Hi there! Im new to the forum! :)

I just wanted to show you guys what im using right now.

Im using a Gt8 and a Marshal DSL401, using the GT8 with the 4CM, and using my amp's Prepamp, and the GT8 FXs (i don't use the GT8 Amps much, just for selected tunes), and i like the sound im getting out of it.

I bought the GT8 recently, about 1 month ago, so im still learning how to use it, but what i've done so far, i really like it.

PS: Those aren't actual pics.

Tjalla - just checking your board out and just noticed that our Tim's have the exact same settings. Is your toggle switch in the middle?

GregWV - actually those settings prob got bumped around a bit. I cut the eq more that that - bass around noon-1, treble around 1-2 depending on the guitar. That is however with the Durham sex drive on, and tone most of the way up - I like to drive the signal with top end content early, and dial it back accordingly - hence the Tim/Menatones all having treble roll-off. Switch is most def in the middle however:-)

Another update to my board. The pot in my wah broke, so I need to fix that. I'm also going to true bypass mod it. I ordered the parts for it, so I should get those sometime soon. My old Boss CE-2 that has been broken for the past six months is with Keeley right now being repaired and modded. I should get that back sometime next week. I'm so glad I can put that back on my board.

There's one new addition. I just finished building a Tonebender clone a couple days ago, so now I have a nice fuzz on the board. I also managed to get my power supplies under the board, and I even have them wired to a main power switch on top of the board. (That's what that little green switch is to the right.) Anyway, here's the order for now-

Boss TU-3, Tonebender clone, Keeley SD-1, Matsumin Valvecaster, Boss DD-3, MXR Carbon Copy

By late next week I should have my CE-2 and the wah back on there. I'm still thinking about replacing the DD-3, but for now it's fine.

I'm in the middle of a do over on my board. I'm going with a lattice design that will be very similar to jonhart's. I almost never use my wah, so it's coming off the board, but it will still be in the bag so I can bring it out if needed. It will be tu3 > rat clone > ts808 clone > small clone chorus clone > ibanez ddl delay > amp. Most of the wood is cut. I hope to finish the construction and paint tonight. Pics to follow....

I think I have to do something with my pedal board. It is way too heavy. I had to buy a moving dolly to get my stuff in and out of my home and church. I might go with a small home-made board and power it with my One Spot. This thing is stupid heavy. BTW, the latest iteration of my board replaces the FAB chorus with a DOD FX64 chorus. I think I'm done adding effects. Now I have to subtract some maybe and get a lighter board.
