Do the kids in your congregation worship your playing abilit

There are several teens in our congregation that are in awe of my playing. I'm not THAT good, but they are beginners.

I don't know if worship is the right word. I'd say some of the kids ( younger though, 6-15 ) really enjoy it and want me to teach them. I am currently teaching a 9 year old boy. From his enthusiasim, I now have a 12 year old and his mother that want to learn. I gave them their first lesson last Sunday. The teens don't seem that interested. They love the worship, but they have not mentioned anything about my playing!!( LOL ) A few 30 somethings and a few 50 -60 yr olds however are really impressed. I think since I'm 48 myself, they can relate to the style I play more that the other guitar player
( actually we have three guitar players ) who plays his Floyd equipped Ibanez through a Marshall Valve State...get my drift? He plays more of the buzz saw distortion ( not that theres anything wrong with that...just not my bag ) style, while I play a cleaner, to slightly overdriven bluesy style. Whatever works to lead them to worship is fine with me!
