Anyone here know of Leroy?

God Bless him.....He comes every year to our church.....I always look forward to Mr.Blankenship.......inspiring....real......its all about WORSHIP and PRASIE!!!

Seems to me I dimly remember this guy's name, but I can't recall why. I googled him, and got his website, but that jogged no memories.

Seems that he talks to you, in that metaphorical sense, and provides you with meaningful worship. That is a good thing.

Leroy has been everywhere....writes some inspiring and moving songs.....Ol'Leroy left Washington State and forgot his Martin 12-string......got all the way to the middle of Iowa before he realized.......I offered a guitar for this leg of the trip but as of now he can't bring himself to take it......LOL

I've known Leroy for many years. Wonderful fella. I remember the first time he came to our church. As he was setting up I thought....."Who is this strange person?" I'll tell ya what, when he started singing Jesus Loves Me, I about fell out of my chair! He has the soul of Ray Charles when he sings......amazing. A real lesson for me about not judging a book by it's cover.

We had a great closing Fri. night......I'm gonna say easily one the most moving and heart felt communion services I have ever been a part of.
