Got my first Tele on EBay
52 reissue playing through a Fender NOS blues junior... My question oh wise ones.
Callahan bridge worth the bucks????

Most of the time, I can't hear much of tonal change from simply replacing bridge plates. However, installing a set of quality saddles has always made a positive tonal change to my ears. So if I were strapped for cash, I would invest in a set of quality compensated saddles before I would a boutique bridge plate. However, If I had the cash laying around, I would but them as a complete package. Just my opinion.
