thanks all of you for the great welcome
the mods i've done is that i replaced the original bridge to a compensated three sadle brigde. i've also replaced the original bridge pickup to a seymour duncan broadcaster. i'm also planning to replace the 3 way switch to a 4 way. |

Hey Grumbo! Like the name!
So educate me please, your old bridge was a three hole, right? And to put a three saddle bridge you had to use a 4 hole bridge plate? What did you use and how did you make it work? Do you like the broadcaster? Thinkin about getting one for my other Tele. Have a Fralin blues special in my main one. Had a 4 way switch and wired the control plate in reverse, but I went back to the standard 3-way, I just never used it. I guess too many options for me! I did get compliments on the meaty sound of the 4th position, though... |

Hey bray83
I had to take a look on both bridge plate and the had the same amount of holes. 3 holes for the pickup and 4 holes for the body. I love the sound of the broadcaster and i really recommend it. |
