Hi from Australia
Hi all I'm from Melbourne Australia. I've never been a tele guy and I've been playing for a number of years....but recently played a friends tele and felt great and very nice to play.
So I've been reading this forum for a little while and thought I would join. Seems like a nice place to be. I'm about to put together parts that I've bought Body, neck, pickups etc to make a tele copy, not a replica just a bitsacaster with my own flavor. I'll post the progress once I start.

Thanks barkley. I bought most of the bits from guitarfetish. I've got stuff from them before and they're pretty cheap for reasonable quality.

Hi Tallycat,
Looks like you're doing something similar to me, building your own tele with parts, this really is the best place to be with all the helpful information and expertise of members.

Hope you can keep us updated on your build through the site and pass on any good tips and advice you learned along the way.
