Hey, gang, my name's Mike and I live in Knoxville, TN. I've been playing guitar on and off since I was about 12 (mostly off) and just picked it up again last year and started over with lessons.

My wife got me playing after getting me an Epi acoustic for Christmas a few years ago. The following year she bought an Esteban Eldorado (please DONT FLAME ME). We have an older Caddy STS and she thought it was cool. Even with a set up and nice strings it still sucks, but I love Cadillacs and my wife, so I'll keep it. Finally bought a Strat Standard in violet (unusual color) a few months ago at a pawn shop. The same pawn shop has a Tele I've had my eye on, but I think $300 is a bit high for a 90's Mexi.

I spend most of my computer time on cigar forums, since that's what I do for a living, but I'd like to get semi-active on some guitar forums, too.
