Greeting from Staffordshire uk

Hi all im Kilf im from Staffordshire suk im an adult beginner who keeps giving up cuz I find excuses about my guitar being not right. Not anymore since I shopped in my Ibanez 103 custom for a Baja Tele, the neck on this thing is the best ever and I love the tones and the look.

Im Tele for life now I think.

Can anyone recommend mainstream ( famous rocky popy ) songs to learn as a beginner that I can work my way through kind starting easy but working my way up. I dont mean dumbed down version easy iImean thats the song thats how it should sound but its easy riffy strummy stuff as my aim is to me a rhythmy front man singer type dude.

lol Im also 33 is it to late

Welcome to the forum Kilf, 33 is not too late to start playing guitar, as to what songs for you to start learning, that really depends on what songs you like, I could never really get into a song just because it was easier for me to play, songs which I enjoy listening to/and or have some meaning to me I find much easier to bond with when learning to play, and thus I seem to get better results, but that is just me and everyone is different.
