Howdy from TX

Hey y'all,
A friend suggested i join this thing a couple years back, but..well anyway here I am. Have been scrolling through a bunch of old posts an there is a wealth of info here! I have 3 teles at the moment and one is a work in progress. All of them a Frankenteles made out of bits and pieces and they all sound different which is awesome. I have one ash body, 2 alder, and one is made from a piece of pine that was part of the hay loft floor of a barn that my wife's great grandfather built! He used lumber from an old fallen down saw mill that was built back in the 1840's before Texas became a state! So I may have the oldest Tele body out there! It still had the gouges in it made by the old belt driven radial saw blade. Anyhow, a neat guitar.
cheers,
CRH

Thanks y'all. No my Fender Twin Reverb is a early to mid 70's or so. Lockhart IS the BBQ capitol of Texas, although my favorite is Church BBQ on Montgomery Rd in Huntsville, TX or Dieter Brothers in Lindsay, TX (just west of Gainesville). Either place you could rub your bread in the gook on the ceiling and it would taste mighty fine. Don't know Bill McNeal...he the local Tele man?
