New From Indiana

Hey I found this forum searching. I purchased a fender Tele lefty no too long ago and I'm hooked. So hard to find quality lefties.

Welcome to TDPRI. Go forth and post liberally. Not a political statement, I swear.

Former "Hooser" here. South Bend, Muncie, Bloomington. Welcome. I gotta go back some day to the state where people "warsh" their clothes.

Indiana is my second home, lived there for a while in the seventies in a small town (North Manchester) not too far from Fort Wayne. Have two brothers there now and a sister that recently passed away there. I have to go there to have a family reunion. Oh anyway, welcome to the forum.

Though I never lived there, I was born in Elkhart. I did live in Mishawaka and South Bend. I worked in Elkhart, in the trailer industry (of course) Summers, while in high school and College. I had a girlfriend who lived on Greenleaf Blvd. in Elkhart. Her father, Robert Week, supplied wood paneling to most of the trailer companies.

I have relatives in Elkhart. What's happening there is really rough.

My Mom and Dad were from Goshen, and my Family has owned the Olympia Candy Kitchen since the 20s. Toasted pork and olive and a chocolate malt would go great right now.
