And here's a blues I recorded
A short Blues I recorded using my brand new Epiphone Les Paul Custom and my Ibanez GAXB medium scale bass. Both instruments were recorded using my Line6 "Gearbox" modelling software. The rythm guitar track was played using both pickups through the Roland Jazz chorus setting but with the Chorus turned off and with a little slapback echo. The first guitar solo was recorded using the neck pickup through a Vox AC30 setting with a little chorus. The second solo was recorded using the bridge pickup through a Fender Twin reverb setting with a light crunch and pulsating tremolo. The bass was recorded using the Ampeg Fliptop setting with a little reverb to add some "Oomph" The Bass itself was modified with Active magnetics pickups and EMG electronics.
