A little cover tune (Swampy Tele content)

No, not a Swamp Ash tele, it's made of Ponderosa Pine.:D

I cut my teeth on CCR, and I've always wanted to do this one. Check out BOTB. It stands for "Bjorn Of The Bijou". Rough mix with scratch vocals...

FWIW, licensing through Harry Fox sure is cheap & easy...

I liked it. Some nice guitar work there. I'd like to hear the polished version when you get it done.

Thanks man.:D

Just gotta iron a couple of wrinkles out, but I'm gonna be in Nashville for a week starting Wednesday. Then it's back to the mix!

Sounds great man. You did a few things different and i liked that, not a carbon copy, even in places where most DO carbon copy. I like it. Great tone and attention to detail as always.

Thanks Pete! That pretty much nails it. I wanted to play the parts that need to be there (like the intro and first part of the solo) and put a little bit of me in there as well. It was fun to do, 'cuz I used to sit in my room and play along with "Live In Europe" until I wore out the vinyl. I love CCR!:D

Maybe, I live a sheltered life....just don't hear too much Swamp tunes these days...and it was a real pleasure to hear some!

Nice job...really enjoyed the music, the playing and tone was very cool!
