Country improvisation

This is a country improvisation I recorded in my home studio last autumn...
in those months my playing is improved (I'm studying a lot and things are slowly beacoming more natural for me)

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_xboXfCoxwE

Gear used:

Fender Telecaster vintage reissue 52 butterscotch blonde, 011-048 ernie ball strings, fender hot rod deville on normal overdrive channel, drive knob on "1".
Shure sm57 straight into a tascam audio interface...

No compression pedal in this video..just a bit of compression added with sonar plugins during the mixdown.

Your comments are very appreciate (be gentle!)

That's pretty good for a new Country picker. I've been playing a lo-o-o-ng, lo-o-o-ng time and it gave me an extra idea or two. Buona fortuna!

Damn good for a newbie. My soloing skills are completely lacking--that's why after 15yrs of playing rhythm I'm back to taking lessons to learn soloing. I might have to steal a few licks from you to help me with my practice. ;)

Dang, dude, that was really good. Enjoyed it. Watching you helped me learn a few things too.
