The Price - country rock

Hi!

Here's a cut from my upcoming cd. Hopefully out this coming spring. All the electric tracks are my MIJ paisley reissue with vintage noiseless pups through a Hughes & Kettner modelling a Vox AC-30. This track also features some killer pedal steel by a Nashville cat named David Spires.

thanks for listening!

Very nice, great song, singing and track ! wishing you great success.
Regarding David Spires ( Steel) , he is a friend of mine, he is a great Steel player and currently is a memebr of the Jo Dee Messina band and has been for several years.

Thanks so much!!

Tell David hi! I was lucky to catch him on the way up. He recorded his part via internet collaboration probably 4 years ago. By the time I was ready to record a whole cd, his emails were bouncing, so I used a local guy for the rest of the tracks. I did Google him and saw he was playing with Jo Dee. He deserves it! Everyone that hears this track is blown away by his playing.

thanks again,
Wally

Thanks!!!

I co-produced it, but I gotta give most of the credit to my friend Jon Clarkson

http://www.myspace.com/jonclarkson

He recorded, engineered, co-produced and mixed it. It was recorded on an Alesis HD-24 digital multitrack with lots of good old fashioned outboard gear.

Thanks for listening!

Great! Your songwiting and vocals help give the tune an alt-country/americana feel, and the playing and production are top notch. I look forward to hearing more.
