Circuss pyschedelic acid rock guitar instrumental old school

This is a little vignette a couple minutes long I recorded in the old school of psychedelic acid rock guitar using the 1992 Peavey Predator 'Stratocaster' through the Clarity Pro II preamp (which is a one-off pedal I designed & built for my own personal use).

The two guitar parts and the bass guitar are through the preamp. The bass is a 1974 Ibanez Jazz Bass recorded direct.

The guitar amplifier is a 1973 Peavey theClassic.

Tempo is 90 beats per minute. Recorded on the Yamaha AW1600

I HOPE YOU LIKE IT!

Bill

Hi Bill.

I think this is a strong effort. The tones are nice and balanced. It did feel a bit staccato most of the way thru though...not many sustaining or ringing notes there. Musically nice and as someone else mentioned, your articulation is unique, however, you are resolving some of the phrases in odd places which makes it a bit dissonant from time to time.

Cool selection of gear and a nice track overall!

Peace,
Mark
