A Few Tonepad Dynacomp Clips.

I was that chuffed with my Tonepad Dynacomp that i had to record a few clips to share, its not in a box yet so these were just recorded with the unit sitting on my guitar case in front of the computer so no doubt some noise. I've moved house recently and have only just set up my recording gear and everything sounds completely different in my new recording room so i've not really any idea how this really sounds but here goes....pickup is Duncan 5/2 with mid strat 5/2 dialled in a bit.

Hi Vikki

I downloaded the clip but the sound cut out at about 15 seconds when I played it back is it just me? It said the clip was over 2 minutes long but the sound cut out real early the rest of the clip was silence.

You played really fast using a lot of notes but I could not tell how much the compressor sustains on long notes because it cut out.

Are those uninsulated wires going to the pots, or it is clear insulation?

Bill

Hey Bill...
I'll post some more clips just letting the unit sustain before long, we're adding an extra stage of amplification at the output section to try and squeeze the last bit of sound out of the unit. They're just bare wires on the pots at the moment, was just trying to take a quick listen in haste. It will have insulated wire when we box it.
Its only a shurt clip by the way, thanks for your comments.
