I really like it! Good song, good melody, instrumentation and arrangement.

I saw your list of influences and I can hear some of them in the song. I also hear a little Roy Orbison / CCR "Born On the Bayou" at the start of the song and at the end when you're in 5/4 time.

I also like your time changes during the guitar solo; Alternating 4/4 to 3/4 with 5/4. It fits and sounds natural within the arrangement.
