A Couple of Twangstrumentals!

I finally got around to noodling around with Garage Band, and have created TWO rough little clips using mainly two of my Teles.

Yes, they're rough and off the cuff, but I did them in my spare time for kicks...

Hey that's cool! I enjoyed that! Kinda psychedelic in a good way. I like your slide tones too.

I also looked over your site and enjoyed that as well.

Are those your pedal mods that we're hearing? That's some pretty fat sounding drive tones.

Thanx Keith !

Actually, the TweedWreck has it's own vibe going on that sounds different from those clips!

My Status Quo cover is on this site: http://bandmix.co.uk/slinkymcvelvet/.
All the guitars were recorded on my '83 Squier JV Series Tele, "Blondie" that you can see in my photo's. The rythm part recorded in open G tuning capo'ed on the 2nd fret and the lead in normal. There's also a video of a lead excerpt from a live gig in 1996. Enjoy! (hopefully!)

???

It's not a BTO cover - which BTO song does it sound like?

Just curious, because I've never really been a BTO fan (consciously)...

By canuck, do you mean am I Canadian? If so, then no...

Either way, thanks for the compliment!
