New Original Studio Track !

I finally got to go hang out in Nashville. My son and I were in Nashville a couple of weeks ago and we got to hang out with the singer in our band while he cut some new tracks for the new CD he's working on. He was at Quad studios. Johnny Garcia, Trisha Yearwood and Garth Brooks road guitarist is producing the stuff. He got some Nashville heavy hitters on this session. Johnny was on electric guitar, Michael Spriggs on acoustic, Sonny Garrish on steel, Larry Franklin on Fiddle, Gene LeSage on keys, and Eddie Bayer on drums. I got hang out for a couple of days and be part of the process. This is one of the rough unmastered tracks from the session.

I was a little naive to think that I could contribute in the studio on some of the tunes. I guess the Nashville union is pretty strict on who can play in certain studios. Anyway it was fun being a fly on the wall.
