first time in studio

this song goes way back to 1985. i think we paid $300 for the recording session.. we hurridly did 3 songs in a humble 8 track studio, needing a demo tape for booking gigs. the recording quality was a disappointment. i always liked this song, though i butchered the vocals. the last verse is particularly painful

I'm back in '85! I can even smell the clove cigarettes!

I always like your stuff. This sounds like a lost track from an IRS Records compilation. I especially like the rhythm section, and this time the bass player doesn't go off track!
