Area 58-58-61 vs Legacy+Fralin (w/D'Lite 22/33)

Some more clips ... this time Area 58-58-61 vs. Legacy neck+middle + Fralin HO bridge in a G&L Legacy through a Brown Note D'Lite 22/33 ... 1x12 G-1265 + 2x10 Emi 105 ... Blue Tube Mic Preamp ... to PC

The order is Bridge, Mid-Bridge, Middle, Mid-Neck, Neck ... Areas first on Left ... Legacy+Fralin on right

Dimarzio's newest noiseless Strat pickups. Area '58s in the neck & middle, Area '61s are a bit thicker in the bridge. Their Tele version is called Area T.

Interesting..

I have Dimarzio Virtual Vintage in my Strat(62 RI Hot Rod) and my 68 Tele. I love them. I was never a Dimarzio fan before these pickups.

Yeah ... the only other Dimarzio I ever bought was a PAF in the 70s. It's taken some work for me to get these where I like them but I'm getting closer.
