Recording with a Pignose
SNOUT
Original tune. Peavey Reactor with Joe Barden neck and SD Lil 59 bridge into the Legendary Battery-Powered Pignose amp & recorded with Zoom H4 and a lil reverb added. Everything was multitracked by me this afternoon! |

That's quite a mellow tone from the Pignose. I like it!

Thanks!
I think the mellow tone may come from the "room sound" -- I put the Pignose on top of my bed with the Zoom about 1-2" from the speaker. Perhaps the comforter had something to do with the warm sound? Oh, and it was a closed case ... I prefer that sound w/the Pignose rather than the opened case. :) |
