One minute video slideshow of some guitar designs

..using two 30 second practice tracks I made a couple of years ago as background...all sounds created with my MIM telecaster except for the bass line in the second, '.P Gunn' track, which was made with a Peavey T60 bass I had for a while. I layered the 'Gunn' thing with a Digitech Jamman. The first piece is just a one-shot through, open-tuned fingerpicking deal with some sludge from a little effects box. Nothing fancy here, but fun to do anyway.

John-did you design the guitars as well? I remember seeing these drawings or something like them in a post.

Yes. They're kinda 'old news', but I've been fooling around with the 'movie maker' feature on my computer and finally found a way to get some of my old experimental practice tracks uploaded...by piggy-backing them to a slideshow of pictures because I've been unable to convert them to MP3 files.

One of those 'Two birds with one stone' deals.

I’m guessing you’re a fan of 1950s Buicks, Oldsmobiles and Cadillacs.

Probably more like a fan of general 'Aero'..'Atomic Age'..'Streamline' styling, but of course that includes cars from the late 30's through into the early 60's, as well as toasters and vacuum cleaners...so the short answer (after the long one) is....yes!

But let's not forget Studebaker and Nash either!
