Please comment my playing!!

This is my first serious try as far as "lead" guitar playing goes....learned
the A minor pentatonic scale 1 year ago.
I've been playing bass, drums and writing songs for many years.
This is basic improvisation over 4 chords and it gets a bit boring but
bear with me and comment my playing.....

USACG Tele with Hamel pickups straight into a Mbox/Amplitube.

Good stuff!

I'd love to hear you make some bigger jumps here and there positionally...moving from one octave to another might add some "drama" to your solo....do you know an E Harmonic Minor scale? That might work pretty nice over this, too!

How do you like your Mbox? I am thinking of getting one after I get my new computer in a couple of months...

Thank you Mark. Great advice I must say....just checked out the
E Harmonic Minor scale and it really adds another flavor. Have been
curious about harmonic minor scales but never learned them....
Bigger jumps definitely makes it a bit more interesting and I'll try
to do that some more.

I like the Mbox/Pro Tools setup....very user friendly and not too expensive.

Anytime!

I've always like Protools but I've never had an Mbox....

Thank you for listening. I agree, it gets a bit boring. Here is a shorter solo
over a more up tempo tune.

Sounds a bit like my lead playing. Mainly, I think it needs some overall structure. A beginning, a middle, and end. Some build of energy, or just something, rather than just being a bit of piddling around (which is what I usually sound like, and why I generally stick to rhythm playing).
