why does the picture come up twice

why does the picture come up as insert image and as attached thumbnail, and why is it always first?

what if you insert the url instead?

then you can put it wherever you want in the post? but it has to be an image that's already been uploaded in another thread?

Is there a library of pictures you can have?

Yes, there is a Gallery.

You can use any photo host that allows photo sharing without registration or password.

And as I said there is a Gallery here too.
