Looking for opinions on the Gotoh Modern Tele Bridge

I'm looking for feedback on this bridge:

Gotoh Modern Tele Bridge

I'm not looking to stir up a 3 vs 6 debate, just opionions on this bridge, and maybe some similar alternatives. Thanks!

I used the Gotoh bridge that Warmoth sells (I can't tell if this is the same one) because it fits the vintage specs. Great bridge. Very solid feel and nice to work with. Even if this one doesn't have the same dimensions, I'm sure that it is the same quality.

A very popular & solid bridge used by many great tele players (including B.Mason,K.Richards,R.Flake etc)

Looks like the one at Warmoth is the same as the one at StewMac, and it's $5 cheaper.

Does anyone have the dimension in black on the drawing below? It's the distance from the front of the bridge to the string-through holes:

Allparts carries 'em too, they are a great bridge, I have several guitars in my site gallery with the little bugger.

I don't have one here to measure..but if that drawing is to scale, it would appear to be about 3 1/4" to my eye ??

I have one of these units on a tele (japanese TL67-80 SPL model... That is a K. Richard's "Sonny" replica) , and it feels solid to me. The dimension that you're asking for is 81.5 mm (3.209") approx. (please note I don't have a very precise measuring tool at hand)

kinkstah, thanks. I'm thinking about trying this bridge out on my new Hwy 1, and I don't want to have to drill or modify the body. Looks like it drop right in.
