After reading so much MIM praise here Im probably going to get a mim tele...is there any way to customize a fender for some of these colors? Colors besides the 5 or so you can get on most websites.

Fender usually has several colors to choose form for each model.

A store with some $$ can have Fender make whats called an FSR model Fender special release or Fender Special run. They are usually limited to 150 units and you can order all 150 of them in just about any color Fender offers.

Thats the only way you can get somethiung thats not offered as a stock item.
