Except for the arm wear, I've got the twin to that tele; it's one of those "I'll never sell" guitars for me.....

D@mn, wish I had more disposable income, you would have had bite marks on your hand. When you've posted that one before I've thought it was a beauty, one of, if not the, best '60's recreated' teles I've seen. Actually I think you must be mad!

Adios,

Soooooo.......... you won't be bidding?????????

For what I'm selling, I don't think you'll find "much better prices"

Adios,
You've played Spidercaster's Tele?

I think you mean there are lots of nice Teles around at much "lower" prices. That's always going to be the case with a Custom Shop guitar, be it from Fender, Crook, Anderson, Rice (not me!!), or the many others. Compared to recent prices on Revelators and GVCGs this is actually very reasonably priced.

Whether one price is "better" than another depends on so many different variables, and so many of those variables are quite subjective.

Very nice, double bounds are always keepers for me. You'd think that the Custom Shop would use a different peice of Rosewood for that section that has the deep, dark grain...it looks outta place on a CS guitar. It wouldn't keep me from buying it though, as I like certian imperfections...it's like a birth mark or some other feature that stands out.

Hey Rich...

congrats on selling your tele. I see"flip it fast" won the auction. If you read the other thread about them, they would probably be selling it again as an original 68 tele.
Here is the link.

I re-read the thread after I saw they one. Haven't heard from them yet, but hopefully it won't be a problem.
