Pickup Wiring Change

I love the sound of my Tele ('87 MIJ Squier, Tex-Mex Strat p/u at the neck) but I'm not too fond of the combined pickup setting - I guess it's just too "funky" sounding for me! I love switching between the neck and bridge p/u during solo's, so I want to change the switching to make it easier.

I'd like to change the pickup order on the switch so that #1 is bridge, #2 is neck, and #3 is both combined. Can this be done on a regular Tele switch? If so, can someone post a wiring diagram or simple description?

Thanks for your help!
