Thank you for the compliments on the finish and orgmorg I see your a new Member - Welcome!
I have received a lot a questions on how I did my finish. Here are the two sites that I used for reference. I read, read and read these over and over before and during the process. Like anything else in life, it would have been easier if I had someone teach me how to do and I could have observed them doing it but thankfully these were posted were on the web. Finally, I have learned never to say never but at this point I don't think that I will be doing anymore French Polishing. For my first post here, i just wanna say that i can't stop thinking about building a reclaimed pinecaster and doing a french polish due to this thread. I may have to take my router to my ikea bed sooner than i thought. My wife has been begging me to upgrade the bed for some time now....
