Jim Stafford DID have the hit with Spiders and Snakes... but he wrote hit songs for lots of people and can play the daylights out of anything with strings...




here he is with Chet. Jim wrote songs like Roger Miller and played guitar like jerry reed. Just a nut too! in concert he used to sing one song and play two at the same time... Glen Campbell used to do the same trick...

anyway, tim wallis is a killer player and irreverant and full of life... I oughtta buy one of his guitars... he's having a big sale right now...

After doing some searching on youtube, Jim Stafford is the awesome. Watching him and Jerry Reed make me want a nylon string guitar.
