Possible '73 Tele Score !!!
I say possible, cause I don't know if I can afford it. I've done some searches, but the prices are all over the place. My friend got this guitar in a trade. He will sell it to me,but he wants me to give him a fair price. He's not real knowledgeable about guitars and their worth. Hopefully you guys can help me with a good price to offer the guy. Here's some pics.

That appears to be a refin, or it's spent it's life in a closet. It's too white Those saddles will definitely not be intonated in that position, either. I'd suspect it's been apart for painting. You'd be wanting to check the pickups and cavities for overspray. The stickers should be on top of all paint.
Being a refin drops value, so do any changed components. If it has the case in good condition it's better. Hang tags better again. Could be anywhere from $1500-4000 depending. I'd venture closer to the latter.

There's no way of knowing if it's a refin or not from those pics, nor a whole lot else. But if it's an original olympic white that's very cool. Plugged into a BF Princeton Reverb is cool, too.
One peculiarity, the string trees. Very unusual to see them both north of the A peg. |

Does it show grain or not ? If no, she is OW on Alder, cool !
Concerning/comparing prices: this is an original 69 Telecaster, that looks fine, offered with 4999$ - but no bids.

You know how Fender was/is... that could be a '72 body that was hanging around in the factory until it got a '73 serial number.
Pull the gaurd and check the interals to date it.
