Is Redd also playing the merle haggard on this vid, can't really tell
I know he has one of the Merle Haggard Telecasters serial no. 005
I came across this guitar on the Fender page,
Merle Haggard Signature series,
anyone have this guitar and how much does it cost aprox ? :)
and how good is Merle as a guitarist ?
I know he had to learn something from all the greats that played
on his stuff thru the years.

The street price on the guitar is $4600 - too steep for me!

Towards the end Merle plays some licks
man that sounds so awesome, I mean the tone.
Is that the neck pickup ?

Iv'e had a sg, les paul, strat
and I have vivid memories of seeing
the teles hanging on the wall at the
local music store, while growing up
I would see the price on the tele's as $680.00
felt the vibe even when I was like 12 years old or so
man and now 35 years later this coming month I'm
getting one, gonna feel as many as i can, till i get
the right one, fim believer it will let me know. he, he :)
but i want the tone like merle did towards the end.
tone like honey.
