Lazy sunday - time for new Tele family pictures
Haven't posted any family pictures for quite a long time + with the recent changes in the stable,
I thought it's time to show you an update. ![]() From left to right: - Homebrew Thinline. Body from a cheap copy, WD neck, Muddy Waters bridge PU + Fralin neck PU, Glendale saddles - Homebrew '62 Custom. Body + neck from Bassart guitars, Fralin Vintage bridge PU + Muddy Waters neck PU, Glendale saddles - MIM '60s Classic Tele - all stock - Hombrew Blue Flower Tele. Fender Japan body, Rockinger Neck, Rockinger Tele pickup set, Glendale saddles. The Blue Flower belongs to my daughter Luka but I'm allowed to play it ;) ![]() Let me tell you, I'm a proud daddy. Apart from the fact, that the little girlie in the 2nd picture enlightens my life every single day, I couldn't be happier with my guitars. These are all the Teles I ever dreamt of and every one of them plays and sounds phantastic. Of course, the photo quality of my 7 year old digicam doesn't do them justice. |

those pics made me happy, man...
great guitars, obviously one cool kid (don't know many--ok, any youngsters with a blue flower tele, + extra points for letting you play it) and posted by a guy who's obviously found a balance between life's two greatest pleasures: family, and guitar playin' good on ya.

Thanks for the nice comments guys.
No, not really. As you can see, a fullsize guitar is still a bit too big for her and her small hands. But she loves to have the Tele sitting on her lap and running the slide over the strings (Jeff Healey style). If I can see a tendency at her young age, it's definitely singing. Luka is very creative in doing spontaneous rhymes/lyrics and she loves to sing. Actually, next Thursday she will have her first lesson in a children's pop music programm which will run for half a year. The children will get lessons/instructions in guitar, drums, keyboards and singing so they can decide for their own which instrument they like the most. Let's all cross fingers and hope that her favourite will be the guitar |

The second pic pretty much sums up all that is wonderful about life. You are a lucky man indeed.
