Value of a Fred Stuart Tele??

Can anyone guide me as to where I can get an idea of the value of a Fred Stuart Custom Shop Tele? I have an opportunity to buy one and I have no idea if I'm getting a fair deal?

It's a '92 "Texas Guitar Show", #492 of 500. Pretty spectacular with leather binding around the sides, Southwest style inlays (cactus, cowboys, horses, etc), and a big Fender logo "F" on the front of the guitar that looks like a brand.

Wish I could show you pictures. Anyway, if someone can give me some direction, I would much appreciate it.

I'm guessing--to the right buyer i would say 2500-3000
