Any red flags on this eBay "56" Tele?

I'm not an expert but the lead pickup leads look a lot whiter than the other wires. The whole pickup looks pretty nice considering the way the bridge looks. He said it might be a rewind so who knows?

The listing disclaims that the bridge pickup may be rewound. If so, probably new leads.

I wonder why the neck pocket looks like virgin wood? I would expect to see the paint remnants in there.
