Not sure...
what model it is, but Santa gave my son a MIJ tele in CAR with a vintage-style tinted neck with vintage tuners. It has an un-bound body and a 5-hole one-ply white pg. He loves it. We'll be installing a 4-way switch soon.

I've got two MIJ Teles: love 'em both
Will Ray Jazzacaster model...I've upgraded the Hipshot bender to raise B & G strings...also Drop Low E to D toggle. (Clear 'poly' over gold foil) Jerry Donahue model....no mods...great "V" neck (double bound 3 color sunburst)

Have yet to meet a Fender MIJ or CIJ, I didn't like.
Still got to find me a good used MIJ Buckeroo, at a decent price. Perhaps 2007 will be the year.

1) '71 rep in natural ash, Texas Specials, uprated electrics+4 way switch...lightweight ( Low "E
" serial prob '85 ) 2) Another '71 in tobacco 'burst ash, Original Vintage U.S. pickups, immaculate, electrics as above, heavier. ( Higher "E" serial,.prob '87 ) Both are brilliant. Number 2 is mellower, strung with 10s and is better for jazzier/blues stuff. Number 1 is a sharp shooter with an edgy bit of attitude. Strung with 9s.

Two MIJ RI Esquires, one CAR with a neck pup, one SB
One MIJ rosewood Tele neck on a partscaster One MIJ 57 RI Strat, SB with maple neck All are in my photos under my profile. All play beautifully and sound great (all sound a little different too, for various reasons of course). I just love that photo of jwells393's MIJs!
