J Torres on neck heel ?

My 71 Tele has "J Torres" stamped in the neck. I have seen his name mentioned around the forum from time to time. Any huge significance to having J Torres on the neck ? Just wondering. No big deal.

The significance would be its an original Fender neck other than that none.

I had that same stamp on my beloved '72 neck... Boy, I miss that one.
