You're going to have to do a little better job of posting the picture.

Looks like my Nashville Power Tele. Honey blonde, and it makes the wood grain turn a grey blue color.

I think Fender Japan refers to that as Vintage White.

If so, Fender Japan uses the term "Vintage White" in a complete different meaning than Fender USA.
On MIA Fenders, Vintage White is a buttery cream OPAQUE colour, meant to simulate an aged/yellowed Olympic White.

On second thought ........... maybe not. Below is a TL-43 on the left and a TL71-60 on the right. According to the Fender Japan website the TL71-60 is in USB.......... U. S. Blonde ??????

If you can see the wood grain through the finish then that's "White Blonde".

Fender only offers that finish on one Strat model these days....short of doing th CS thing anyway.

LOL

If your not talking about your guitar I'd have that checked by a doctor.

It's a one time deal. Deeper if the coat is thicker vica versa.

Here's a guitar advertised as a honey blonde highway one.

Here's a HW 1 off Fender's website in honey blonde (2006 only offered in two color sunburst and honey blonde)

You can have the Classic '50s Tele and Esquire in White Blonde, and ALL
"Blondes" are semi- transparent. (That's why they're called "Blonde".)

But I guess we are talking about "Honey Blonde" here.

This is a difficult subject to get a grasp on.

These colors can look so different depending on the amount of light or the thickness of the coating and the little advertising pics never do a guitar justice.

My Deluxe is Honey Blonde, it looks desert tan colored in a dimly lit room, then in a well lit room it looks like a pink tan. The wife never liked the color when she saw it on the net, but when I got it she loved it. She said it didn't even look like the photo.

So in all honesty I can't say that the original post guitar is honey blonde. Maybe it is white blonde.

White blonde is much whiter both in pictures and in real life. The original posted guitar looks much pinker, like the HWY1 Texas Tele in Honey Blonde. (At least in the picture.)
But then again the American Ash Tele in Honey Blonde doesn't look pink at all, but more of a pale yellowish beige.

Maybe Fender Japan really has a colour called US Blonde, like jwells393 says.

Wow, my Hwy1 Tele is honey blonde and doesn't even look close to that. I have the banana pudding version.
