Should I get the neck tinted on this one?

IMO, it looks just fine as a lighter color

Yes, tint the neck and maybe re-finish the body while you're at it.

Yes, give it a tint and perhaps some highlights and a perm. <---that was too tempting of a play on words for me to pass up! Seriously though, if it were my guitar, I would let time do its mojo on it. As far as the contrast goes, I think the biggest contrast is between the dark pick-guard and the neck. perhaps try a lighter colored pickguard?
