Ashtray Bridge-Pick-up-cover Aschenbecher

Dear friends,
Did anybody of you ever see such an ashtray ? It is "Fender" engraved. I bought it from Germany, the seller told me, it came from an old original Fender Telecaster, but he could not remember the year.

PS: I put a link to my gallery, I do not know, how to post pics here, could you please explain me how to do this ? Thank you very much and greetings from Switzerland

I've never seen one but it looks great. The script looks like my '66.

Posting Pictures From the TDPRI Gallery:

Right click on your picture........... look to see if you see "Copy Image Address" (I'm using the Opera Browser)........... Click the little picture icon on the posting page.......... a box will open....... past the image address in the box......... that's about it.

If your browser doesn't have "Copy Image address" when your right click on the picture, click on Properties .......... a box will open ....... copy the Image address line and proceed as above.

Another way ......... maybe simpler:
Just copy the BBCode line below the picture on the Gallery page. Paste it into your post.

The very end of the tail in the "F" looks too fat. I'd say it's a fake.

Just kidding, I've never seen one either, but it's really cool.

Actually I'm surprised that Fender doesn't make and sell these, they should!

Quite amazing really that Fender never did that to them. Simple but great idea.
