Page 57 of Duchossoir's The Fender Telecaster has a body drawing. You may need a magnifying glass to read some of the dimensions.

I think those templates on Ebay look good and will save you a lot of time. I'd order them if I didn't already have templates.

I got my templates on eBay. I forget from who. But they were exceptional. The seller had a nice PDF booklet on how to use the templates and everything.
Not sure how much you know, but remember that "vintage" bodies are different than current tele bodies. I think this affects the neck pocket as well. My tele project took a lot longer than anticipated. But worked well. I also bought my lumber off ebay. After you include the cost of finding a good peice at a specialty lumber store, provided they have a good peice, and then planing it down it's actually cheaper to buy a sized blank of wood on ebay. You can also find a lot of blanks with figured maple tops already glued on and everything. Lots of variety.
