Roy Buchanan
Steve Cropper James Burton Redd Volkaert Roy Nichols They are not necessarily the "best", but I love their playing style. Could name a bunch of others, among them some of our own members. (Bill H, John B, T.Downs) Listen to Terry's "American Guest" from his CD - both lightning fast picking and some GREAT twang ! |

Very good players all...
... and I'd add Varre Vartiainen from Helsinki, Finland to the list!

well - all of You of course.
I'll try to keep the list to non-members and go with the category of "Most Influential" because I think "most fascile" changes almost weekly especially when we take the people who come from way out of right field that nobody's ever known about.
So on that note. 1. Jimmy Bryant. 2. Cornell Dupree. 3. Roy Buchanan. 4. Albert Collins. 5. Prince.
