psuedo tele
can anyone tell me what this weird and wacky guitar is

Looks like it came out of the same early Japanese shop as this Hohner bass. Similar looking pickups, switches and control plate. Definitely not the fine Japanese craftsmanship we see today. I ended up scraping everything but the neck. I built a new body and reshaped the headstock.

I've had one exactly like that, it was my very first electric. It had a metal sign on the headstock with the word "Zenta" on it. I once saw a one PU version of it, Neck PU only.
