Nice looking budget Tele..
Stumbled across this, I've never heard of the brand and it seems pretty cheap and cheerful, but it looks quite nice! Anyone bought one? (No affiliation etc etc) |

Hmm... Wondering how much it'll end up. Pretty nice, too bad it's black though...

If I lived in the UK I think I'd get myself a Woody............
Here's a link to the Woody website. http://www.woodyguitars.com/home_eng.htm Telecaster type guitars are in the "Custom" section.

there made in the same factory as "Wesley" guitars. The wesley version was as orange flame top.
I have ordered 2 strats from wesley and sent them both back, as they look fantastic but have very cheap hardware and the rosewood fret-boards were cracked and weeping sap on your hands. |

I have not idea if this means anything but the auction title is: "WOODY TELECASTER STYLE SEMI ACOUSTIC BY WOODYCUSTOM" And the auctioneer's alias is: "woodycustom "
His hype kind of cracks me up: "THIS IS A TELE STYLE GUITAR WITH A LES PAUL SCALE LENGTH OF 24.3/4 INCH MAKING IT MUCH BETTER FOR BLUES BENDS AND ROCK STYLES" Oh..... really! And why is that? And he goes on to say: "COMBINED WITH THE TWO HIGH OUTPUT SWEET SOUNDING P90 STYLE PICKUPS THIS GUITAR WILL BLOW YOUR MIND" I like P90s, but they don't blow my mind. So this guitar must include a blacklight poster of Mr. Natural. Looks like an interesting guitar though. I would have preferred a hardtail style bridge. Pete |
