some albums im enjoying at the moment
paisleys mud on the tires Dwight yokams guitars caddilacs etc etc... Cash the man comes around any more of the same vibe? Thanks |

Here's some
Try Bob Woodruff - Dreams And Saturday Nights, features Bill Hullett among other top guitarists.
Martina McBride, all her stuff is good. Hank Flamingo, various. Sawyer Brown, they have some excellent stuff. Have fun.....Kazaa them !!

John Hiatt's "Beneath this rough exterior"
Maybe not the same vibe. He may not be considered a Country artist but he wrote some real Country songs for this album. Plus, he plays a '57 Tele.

more towards the rock/blues end...but still got a good dose of country flavor....shaver's live at olde smith's bar.....eddy shaver is my all time favortite picker....
also check out the domino kings and bastard sons of johnny cash....both acts are fairly similar to what you're listening to..... d |

In rotation at the moment.........
New Lucinda Williams and the latest by The Drive-By Truckers. Lucinda has started to lighten up(lyrical content not so depressing as the last record IMO) and rock a bit more. Finally! The Truckers are just a great Southern rock band. I listen to them and I think beer, guns and Skynyrd. These guys can turn a phrase and the guitars are extra crunchy at times. Oh yeah!
